It's called 'title.wma' and it's in C:\WINDOWS\system32\oobe\images

You know that tune that plays when you first turn on a new XP machine and make the intitial settings? Anyone know where it is stored and what format it is? I would like to use (or some of it) it for a PowerPoint slide show. I can't find it anywhere on any of the XP systems.
Thanks,

Todd,

Not sure if this is the sound you are referring to, but there is a
hidden track called title.wma. It is found under the
system32/oobe/images folder - it is a hidden protected operating system
file so you need to uncheck the Hide Protected Operating System Files
box under folder options.
