You know, everyone, by replying to any of John's Messages, one is
participating in "Mass Dissemination" of the message, which is strictly
prohibited by the liability clause at the bottom.

I was also thinking, because I never recieved a written statement that
confirms the clause, we just might all be able to sue John if he ever
misleads us, not that he ever would....

I have to say though, that a liability clause isn't such a bad idea, in this
day in age where one could potentially lose their house over a typo.
