I changed each of the three services to have my user name as the log on. I also checked the box to "Allow Directory Browsing". The login screen persists.

With Crystal Enterprise, there are 3 services that need to be run as a User
Account on W2k with IIS.
These are:-
Page Server, Report Job Server, Cache Server.
Try setting these other two up, and also go into Admin Tools -> Personal Web
Manager, and for your reports folder, select "Allow Directory Browsing".

Thanks, Jim. I changed the user to my username, but it still doesn't work in
the "browse" method (where you list a directory's files and then click the
link to the .rpt file.). It does, however, work if I use the Crystal
Publishing Wizard and specify the "sysprogress" and "sysprogress" username
and password. That will be a long process for our 30 reports.
