Thank you. That makes me feel a little better. We just went live with
our Service Connect yesterday and I was afraid I was not going to be
able to make it work on the new server.

I was using SC 8.2 and Vantage 8.03.403. The error message that we
got was the same as yours, regarding the WSE 3 not being installed.
We had some other issues with our .net not being installed properly
for 32 bit but other than that, all we needed was the 64bit version of
the webservices executable.
