is there any way to increase the response time on SOAP calls to epicor web services? using their WS-Tester application, calling JobEntry->GetByID() on a job with a couple assemblies and operations takes 20-30 seconds at least to get a result set.

Our IIS is logging full round-trip response times of 60+ seconds for even simple Epicor Web Services SOAP calls using the ICE2.0.5 WS-Tester. Does anyone know what we could do to increase response time? I don't remember it being that slow, before.
Perhaps our installation isn't configured correctly? Anything I should check/try?
I believe there is a built-in delay when using the web service license. The purpose is to prevent users from abusing the service in a way that bypasses Full or MES license usage. The more you use the license, the slower it gets. If this is an important feature, you can contact your CAM and purchase more webservice licenses.
