Here is a basic outline of what I hope to go through on Friday. Keep in
mind that as we only have an hour and a half I wont be able to get too
in depth on each topic as we want a couple of other content providers to
be able to share their applications and still have time for basic
questions at the end. The idea is that you get an exposure to what
BPM's are all about and some of the tools and techniques used to create
them. We can follow up with a future in depth focus Webex on a
particular aspect, or various group members may be able to help you out
