Wendy,
WebJet Admin is a utility that runs on your server, typically. It coalesces
into a single application statistics about all HP printers (and some others)
that sit on the network. In our case, the system only showed printers with
an IP address.
The software also read data from one of our NEC printers. I did have some
problems with WJA interfering with the open file option on Backup Exec. I
had to run a "stop services" batch file before the backup ran, and a "start
services" batch file after the backup. Otherwise, I've had no problems with
it. I used it to keep track of printer engine page counts. I found it more
than a little useful, especially for a freebie!
