# What are the recommended troubleshooting Steps for Performance Issues?

Hi everyone. We are experiencing slow performance on our SaaS MT environment. Multiple users. What are some troubleshooting steps I can do to try an resolve the issue? Thanks!

For SaaS MT contact support, if the issue is with Epicor then Epicor Supports needs to ~~interveed~~ intervene since you are hosted and MT.

If the issue is local to you or “some” limited users it may be this

Yea, i was told about the updates already. none of our computers have those updates when we try to uninstall them.
