What does the height of the job bars mean on the Multi-Resource Scheduling board?

Hello Gurus,

I’m (slowly) trying to get a handle on scheduling, and I have not come across this piece of info.

What determines the “height” of jobs on the resource scheduling board? As in the height of the graphic that relates to a job.
