Without urgency, and with curiosity: What is the Case Workbench? I’ve found several references to it online in product brochures, and it appears occasionally in the Epicor Classic startup tips. I cannot find any reference to it in this forum, or in our Epicor instance, or or EpicWeb, in the release notes, or on the LMS portal. Has it been depreciated? Is it an app sat in the background somewhere that must be connected to a menu item? What is it? (We have both the Case Management and CRM modules enabled for our companies).
