I often find myself in this situation where I am getting ready to setup a big simulation in our pilot database, but I am hesitant because I don’t know when support will update our pilot db. I’m sure this information is out there somewhere. Where? The best I can find is the status page: https://status.epicor.com/
I never trust this page, but perhaps for this case it is just what I need. Can anyone say if I am on the right track? From what I can see the next scheduled maintenance for Kinetic Americas is Feb 5th. So as long as I am done with my pilot changes before then, I shouldn’t have to deal with them resetting my database early, right?
I didn’t realize this! I am always wary of the changeover date and try to make sure my data is clean before then. I guess I don’t have to worry so much. I’ll clean up and prep for the simulation! Thank you all!
I just opened the calendar you showed and found this text:

I just have this as a page I open if there are issues. What does it mean to subscribe to it?
Subscribed to the Status page and created a server-side forwarding rule that forwards those email alerts to our internal help desk software as a high priority ticket. This is helpful for those events that pop up that aren’t on the Epic Web calendar.
I try to look at the Epic Web Calendar every month or so, and especially after they release the new release schedule. Thanks for the reminder by the way, looks like the schedule for 2026.1 is up!
