Hello!
With the update that just occurred, a small number of users lost their favorites folders. They were using the Modern home page, and now they only have the option to use the (superior) kinetic home page. However they lost their favorites in the switch.
How can I recover this for them? The Maintain Favorites Folder box is checked in user account security maintenace.
We are cloud.

Where is this located? In the Epicor folder in the C:Drive? One of the subfolders within it? Just not sure where to look to find it.

the favorites are stored in the database, those are the tables. If you create a baq and add those tables, you will get the list of folders and items.
keep it simple and the baq with the tables separately to start.
