"Where Used" Action Item under Part Tracker. Need to add more fields to the results. How?

We need to add the “Approved Revision” flag to the results of the Where Used menu item under actions in Part Tracker. It won’t let me do a personalization on it so I"m not sure what can be done to edit the results it gives. Does anyone have a solution on how to edit this?

You will need to be in Developer Mode - In part maintenance go to where used in developer mode - Base Only.

Right Click and go to customization.

However, under Columns > Collections - I don’t see the Approved flag as a choice.

I would also like to add the Approved Revision flag and also to filter out unapproved revisions.

I just don’t know how to add a field to display under Collections.

It would be nice to know how -
