Has anyone found a solution to the white screen on the kinetic view? I am currently adding all the old customizations to the new kinetic views so don’t have a lot out in the new view. However, everyone does have the kinetic home page. This page goes blank all the time for all users. It could happen three times a day or once a month. I am assuming the same thing will happen to the modules as I push out more in the kinetic view. Has anyone found a solution to this?

We’ve experienced this. Support replaced DLLs in our Client folder and the problem has mostly disappeared. You can reference PRB0279815.
Sometimes I found that clearing client cache can work.
I have tried this before but no luck.
I will try running that conversion. Hopefully it will help.

There does seem to be some correlation to load (memory or cpu) on the client and app server, well that’s what I observered.
In the browser I get kicked at random times.
I actually got this through support. I added it to the config file for two heavy users and really didn’t see a difference. They both still got the white screen.
I ran the conversion and so far no white screen. Fingers crossed.
Just so everyone knows this was the solution. Running the conversion 191 did it for me. Two weeks and not a single white screen.
