Only one of our buyers, myself, can currently view the full list PO Suggestions in the NEW PO SUGGESTION screen.
All buyers are set up with the others as authorized users. I am set up as the system default, is that the trigger?
They can view the suggestions individually in the BUYER WORKBENCH and can click on the suggestion which opens the NEW PO SUGGESTION screen. But only listing that one suggestion.
We’d prefer to view them all together and be able to sort in one screen.
The Buyers need to be Authorized Users to the other Buyers if you want cross-buyer view. This is setup in Buyer Maintenance.
Yes, we currently have all buyers set up as authorized users under each other. We can each view the others Buyer Workbench.
But when the other buyers open NEW PO SUGGESTION screen nothing shows up.
Are you on Classic or Kinetic UI? We’re a mix and I just tested PO Suggestion and I can see buyers I’m authorized to view, we’re on classic for New PO Suggs.
I use the classic view.

There is “Change PO Suggestions” and “New PO Suggestions” are you sure they’re opening the correct item? When was the buyers authorized users list updated? If now, has the buyer closed and reopened Epicor?
new only opens up for one buyer to keep them only on their suggestions.
if you search and do not specify a buyer and possibly set the return all checkbox you can see all suggestions.
