We are still on Version 4 and you can see who is not clocked in but should
be and who is clocked in, by viewing "Shop Tracker".

Yeah. It is still there in 5.2. Our managers want a report that is sorted by department. Which the "Who's Not Here" is not. They only care to see certain departments.

Just a guess but perhaps linking with left outer EmpBasic to LaborHed (filtered for Active only meaning clock-out time = '?') and then selecting on '?' for LaborHedSeq. Sorted on JCDept from EmpBasic.

Report Builder. In Access it's very easy, though.
