Why a pack slip can be seen via Customer Shipment Summary but not seen via Customer Shipment Entry

Hi Ben, I am stuck in creating the updateable BAQ. I get the below error and my updates are not saved. I have added all UOM fields in my query and still throws the error. If you still have the updateable BAQ you created, can you please share with me. Thanks!
