I tried to test an initial BAQ report and the print preview did not work and then I checked the System Monitor and could not see anything in it. Anyone has this experience and know why? Thanks.
Did you set the archive period on the report? If it’s not set to archive, it won’t save.
What do you mean by did not work? Errored out? Didn’t do anything? Came up blank or something?
Where are you expecting to see it? (which tab etc.)

Ben - What did you do to figure it out? Our BAQ Reports are not print previewing and when I go to the Reports tab to print preview, it opens up by nothing is displayed and is hung with “retrieving data”.
Hi Same to me, after i submitted report for print preview then there’s is nothing in my system monitor, i have few company but this issue only hit one of the company, but the rest all working fine, is possible any expert here can advice what i has miss and what should i check and configure?
