Can anyone help?

Copy-and-paste the text (between the lines of dashes - don't include the
lines of dashes) into a text-file, save the file as a .REG file, then
merge it into your registry:

----------
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\HTMLHelp\1.x\ItssRestrictions]
"MaxAllowedZone"=dword:00000004
----------

Be careful with the formatting in the text - there should only be two
lines of text (the Yahoo group email system put a line-wrap in there).

[Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
I am not 100% sure on this, but here is what I think I know:

1. Open default.mfgsys file with a text editor(Replace default with
whichever .mfgsys file is called in the short cut to the particular
Vantage instance (test,train,etc).
2. Look for <helpServer uri="" />. If there is a value, make sure you
can map to it from the client, and that it contains the help files (I
believe the files would be under .\Help\enu\Vantage), and the user has
permissions to open them.
3. If there is no value for helpserver uri, look for <deploymentServer
uri="\\ServerName\epicor\mfgsys803" />. This value is by default where
the help files are stored. Make sure the help files are located in
\\ServerName\epicor\mfgsys803\Help\enu\Vantage, and that the user can
access them. This folder should contain several folders with the names
of Vantage modules, along with .htm, .swf, & .jpg files.

I hope this helps.
