Why results in Dashboard are different from Deployment window?

Thanks for your response. I think it was something wrong with my Epicor. I just logged off & logged in & now its working perfectly.

Hi Friends,

I am working on Updatable dashboard. It is working same as I want but problem is when I am testing this dashboard in Deploy Dashboard window then it is not showing the results properly.

Do anyone has any idea, why its doing so ?

.... Please HELP without much more details is gonna be tough. Try actually
deploying instead of just testing, what does your BAQ look like? we need
more....

I've had this in the past to. I have opened calls with Epicor and gotten
nowhere on that one. Never found a resolution. I ditched that particular
dashboard and found rerouted how we wanted to process that particular
information.

Thanks for your reply Jose.

I am learning BAQ & dashboard. So I created simple BAQ for browsing Customers's List.

Now I am creating dashboard with one Query which will show all list of customers & one tracker where I can search particular customer with his name.

When I am working in dashboard I am getting exact result means search box is working & pulling particular records with name.

But When I am testing it then its doing nothing. When I enter any name in search box then noting happens.

Do you have any idea why its happening so ??

Hi Joshua,

That's weird. You know dashboard is working in dashboard window but whenever I am trying to test it , its doing nothing.

In testing I can see results of query but search box is not pointing according to search criteria.
