We have an international shipment that we are completing in Epicor, but when we go to the International Paperwork section and try to print/upload documents there is no commercial invoice to select and then print. What would trigger this to happen?
The carrier service is what drives this. e.g. UPS Worldwide Express

Also make sure the document is assigned to the workstation. And that the country is enabled for the document. Both of those can cause it to not show up as a document to print.
Curious - do you have to have QuickShip in order to populate a commercial invoice?
Yes. We do all our commercial invoices in QS.
