WIP Capture transaction date verification

I believe the problem that you are seeing might be a known problem for which
a fix (SetCostedFlag.r) is available from Vantage Support. You should
probably confirm this with Support. After our accountant read your original
message, she notified me that she has been dealing with the same symptoms.
I called Support, confirmed the problem and obtained the fix program. If
you wish, you can reference our call #889864. Support was very clear that
you must be careful about the date you choose if you run this fix.

When capturing wip this weekend, the system prompted me to correct
transaction dates which I have encountered before. This time,
however, a batch of the corrections were all 'mfg-cus'transactions
with a trans date of 7/1/2003. The system dates varied from 6/8/2001
to 5/27/2003. The transactions have no cost associated with them.
In part tracker, the transaction date is 7/1/2003, but if you right
click and go to order tracker, system date is what is shown as ship
date. I can't find a common thread (customer,plant,part class,
product group). I can't find anything in the change log either. Does
anybody know what would cause this?
