I would like to thank those people that responded to my poll re Work
Center Burden rates. I received only a few responses this time. Here
are the results:
* How often to you up-date (or review the numbers) the Burden Rates
on your Work Centers?
1 – Annually
2 – Semi-Annually
2 – Monthly
* How seasonal is your production. For instance, our production hours
will vary by a factor of greater than 2 to 1 between our heaviest and
lightest months.
Most everyone indicated that they were not "seasonal"
although they
could expect brief periodic slow downs.
