Yes, this is a side affect of the CRM module. If you want them to be able to view all customers, then on the Work Force screen check "View all Territories". Also make sure to add the user as an "Authorized User" to the Work Force ID.

Has any one had issue with Security when adding a contact to a Work Force?
When I add a employee to the workforce they lose security in order entry (looking up shipto's) and I noticed a couple of other places.
