Write Off amount cannot exceed the maximum amount per invoice 100.00 USD configured for this company.
Where is this setting in Kinetic?
No setting. Its built into Epicor.
Try changing the sign (+/-) on the amount being written off. I have found it to be less then intuitive and leads to this error.
It’s in Company Configuration, on the Modules > Finance > Accounts Receivable > Additional Settings tab:
