I have a user that is reporting that at times when they are printing that the previous BOL that they are printing is actually coming out. When I look at the history I can see what is in the monitor is what is being printed. I am trying to understand how this is even possible if what they are saying is true. I am waiting to see if I can record it happening. Anybody ever seen this with the BOLs or any other report?
Yes. If the user clicks on “Saves Default” with the selected record (BOL, Order, etc.) then it will print every time. Have them click on Actions and Remove Defaults and see if that fixes it.
QuickShip/Manifest or Epicor BOL?
If it’s the Epicor BOL, did they leave the print dialog open in the background?
Here’s how to recreate a potential issue:
Open a BOL.
Print the BOL.
Minimize the print dialog.
Select a new BOL.
Print the BOL. (The first BOL dialog will come back up and print the first BOL)

I was able to replicate it by minimizing the print dialog. I always thought it was Modal and never even tested.
The next time you curse at a print screen that blocks you from doing other things remember what happens if it doesn’t.
Do the kinetic screens have the same issue?
