Hello, new to the group after learning about this at Perspectives last
week.
I have a rare problem that when creating a packing slip, it pulls the
wrong ship-to address. I've reviewed the sales order, and it is correct.
I've tried removing the ship-to (in the sales order)and re-selecting
it, but the packing slip still grabs the wrong one.

If I delete the order and re-enter, no more problem. But that's a pain
on an SO with many lines.

It's only happened a few times, but usually as we're at the end of the
day, racing to get a shipment out before pick-up.

Anyone else experience this? We're on 6.10.528

Jerry Gebhard
PGM Corp.
It is possible to have a different ship to address on the sales order line
than on the header. The packing slip will pull from the line destination
address.

It is standard that on the SALES ORDER RELEASE you may select a different
ship to than the default found in the Customer Master. In the customer
master, there is a default ship to address, it can be changed in the SALES
ORDER HEADER and in the line/release. You have to drill down to the release
from the line.

The packing slip pulls first from release info, and that doesn't necessarily
match the Sales Order Header.
