Hopefully someone is a wiz at XL connect. We input our license and it says activated but then we select automatic upgrade and it asks for a license again… Anyway to bypass these windows?
Anyone have any suggestions, or is this not the correct forum for XL Connect?

I think XL connect tends to be a pain in the butt to install, but after that people leave it alone.
If you’re having issues with the install, I’d really suggest putting in a ticket with Epicor. Because of the XL connect license DRM, sometimes you must contact Epicor if a license is stuck or needs releasing.
It’s not a fun install, I can fully empathize with you.
