When shipping a packing slip an xml report style drops a xml in a server folder for processing EDI.
On 10.2.700.2, prior to the Kinetic 2024.2.16 upgrade this file was written and dropped in a folder in milliseconds.
Now we are seeing Epicor hold on to the file for anywhere from 2-12 minutes.
We tested this process in off hours with nobody in the system. No change.
We tested this process with all security tooling whitelisting directories involved. No change.
We removed all security tooling. No change.
Our previous VM was running Server2016 and SQL2019. We built a new VM running Server 2025 and SQL2022. No change.
Attached are a few process monitor captures during the behavior.
The IIS worker process associated with this task does not release the file consistently.
Has anyone experienced this issue or have any ideas on how to fix?
