Oh, then the same instruction ...File Save Data with report...
However if you need to set datasource connection to that same xml file keep
in mind that same XML file will disappear from the mfgsysdata\reports(login)
folder if you have Archive Period set to 0 days. You can save that xml file
out to another folder if you just want that same data or pick Archive Period
greater than 0 days.

Are you on 9 or 8? WIP report isn't Crystal in 8.

'forever' However, xml files have been staying in that folder for 9; I
think what I recal a bug.

Assuming you have crystal version XI open up the report for that data
file go to database, set datasource location, create ne connection,
ado.net (xml), navigate to file location, highlight the node newdataset
in the lower frame, then highlight your server name in the upper screen,
then hit update. You may or may not need to hit the refresh button at
that point..
