XP Pro, Mouse wheel and Vantage

Thanks Jim and Rich.
After downloading the driver for Microsoft Intellimouse, mine is working
fine. Now I have to make the Logitech ones work. The downloaded driver for
them didn't help.

We have Logitech optical mouse with wheel button which was scrolling fine in
Vantage screens running on Win 98. Now the wheel is not functioning in
Vantage since we have it running on Win XP Pro. The XP driver is loaded for
the mouse. The scroll works in IE and other programs. Any ideas?

Download and install the driver for that mouse. I've fixed ours by doing
that.

I've fixed some Microsoft Intellimouse(Mice?) that were optical and some
Logitech that were not. If that didn't fix it I'm not sure what to try next.

Taking shots at the obvious here.
Does the current mouse driver have a wheel button trouble shooting utility?

We had similar problems with MS Optical Mice with AutoCad.
Ran the utility, it made some small changes and the mouse started functioning.
