Most of the files for 2023.2 are up on EpicWeb, (Release and Documentation), but the only thing missing are the release/patch files:

The architecture guide is so much more comprehensive. (caveat, have not looked at it since 2022.1).
It even gives explanations for all the logging options that are now exposed by Server Config! I am feeling a DataDog session coming up
