Zebra Printer Problems

Look in your Session Monitor and see if you have a history task for the
print job, if there is an error it will show up under details. This often
happens if the "page size" is wrong on the RPT or the Computer is no Aware
of what page sizes the printer accepts.

We are trying to print a Crystal-generated labels to a Zebra ZP500.

We can print from Crystal(independent of Vantage) to the Zebra and we can print from other applictions ( Word, ext) to the Zebra but when we try to print from Vantage using a Crystal report, nothing in queued up or prints.

Does anybody have any thoughts?
