We’re moving away from using territories to determine our salesforce. However, when creating a customer it requires you to select a territory. Is there a way to remove this requirement?

How can I see all territories a workforce has access to? In the work force screen, it seems like there should be a tab showing which all territories a work force is assigned to. There is an option “View all territories…

I have been asked if I can assign a certain territory to one of our parts, regardless of who purchases it. I don’t see this option available anywhere, but am I missing something, or would I need a BPM to accomplish this…
