Its not the decimal/double issue we have, the configurator point blank wont activate as such, we can see all the inputs etc they just dont allow you to choose options its like they are permenant read only
has anyone been able to launch their configurators yet or have a solution? deadline for upgrade to live is fast approaching and we as of uet have no solution to a business critical issue.
Hi Tony,
I had nothing yet from EpicCare other than the fact they have accepted the problem (PRB0299048). No date for a fix yet, but we’re in a similar position regards go live. We’re not live yet planning to go live in October and I can’t currently develop any configurators for the Live system
This issue has now been resolved by Epicor. (PRB0299048)

However BE CAREFUL, the issue last time where the stopped passing decimals and these had to be changed to doubles…yea they changed it back again!
Excellent news! Did they mention which patch the fix will be in?
Its in our PILOT system now, 2025.1.5 with hotfix, i believe everyone got the hotfix as was annonced in the update that happened on wednesday (UK)
ok - appreciate the info. I’m on prem, so I’ll have to ask for the hotfix.
It looks like there is another issue with 2025.1 configurators. Running changes from a UD method breaks some configurator code entirely if there is a combo box. I submitted a case, and development is working on it now, but I figured some people might want to know.
Combo boxes in configurator are a pain in general honestly.
i am testing ours again now, not found this issue on ours…not that i can see anyway! our configurators are fairly simple though
What is REALLY annoying is that half of the configurators work fine and half don’t. They were even all made from one template that I made, so they are VERY similar to each other.
