They just shut down the FTP site:
My guess is that they are working on the site. The several items I tried to download did not work, with the server side issues. Disappointing since there is now no alternative to getting to the files.
You can maybe figure out the path by some kind of logic?
https://patches.epicor.com/Epicor%20ERP/10.2.700/UD10.2.700.12.zip works, while the link on the downloads does not.
