We are working on an upgrade this weekend and we found that the Epicor website raises a server-side error when we go to download the installation files - specifically for Service Connect.
Has anyone run into this before and knows of a solution? Is there another offiical location to download files from Epicor? I saw references to an Epicor FTP site, but all the posts were 10+ years old.
My guess is that they are working on the site. The several items I tried to download did not work, with the server side issues. Disappointing since there is now no alternative to getting to the files.
You can maybe figure out the path by some kind of logic?
