I was wondering if anyone out there is using Epicor PLM (Pro.File)? It sounds very similar to a bunch of other modules and 3rd party apps that Epicor offers. Any insight is appreciated.
@craig, instead of continuing this on my other post, do you mind letting us know why you are moving away from Pro.File?
I wasn’t part of the decision making team, but from what i was told from a member of that team.
the Engineering team did an assessment of upgrading from Profile v8 to v10 (or what ever the most current version is) and migrating from Profile to Solidworks PDM/Manage. Because our version of profile was so heavily customized in the past it was going to be a full reimplementation of Profile and I think they liked SW product better (maybe had a better sales people).
