Workato support replied to Epicor support asking what connector we were using. To which Epicor support emailed me asking what connector we are using.

Right?! Not to mention it’s in the ticket about a dozen times. And they called on the phone to ask the other day what connector I was trying to use.
Unfortunately no progress was made today other than showing it’s an issue with the custom Kinetic connector. I briefly chatted with the Automation Studio PM but they don’t have any answers. Really bad look for Automation Studio/Workato.

Any resolution on this yet? I’m getting nervous since my certificate has to be renewed next month…
Epicor/Workato don’t have a fix yet but I have a workaround. I met with them again this morning about it so hopefully they are working on an actual fix. Shoutout to @josecgomez for talking through this late last night. I’ll post the workaround and the root case of the issue for everyone. Anyone who renews and uses the Sectigo CA will have this issue.
