Backup and restore was the discipline I was meaning.
In any event it helps everywhere.

As an early Cloud company, we did a lot is restores. I don’t think it would be possible today without some automation in a portal. I completely agree that backups are very important during implementations.
It’s also why I like the idea of keeping a copy of our customizations outside the database once in production.
