Browser Blank Screen

Thank you we will reach out to support and offer a direct assist tomorrow. Even if there’s a timing setup issue with session timeout i think the fact that you get that kind of effect on your screen when it’s timed out must be some kind of bug.

At least in current versions it should say - you are timed out, take you back to login, then back to the screen after you log in. It didn’t always do that but it should’ve always given the user an actual error message at least not just mystery blank display.

I found that If I delete the homepage__erp.token.auth found in Inspector>Application>Cookies>https://erp.domain.com then it redirects me to the login page properly.
