Can we have some sort of document from Epicor that stated even Epicor admin account (system manager) cannot change or delete the log? We need this for our Auditors.
No. Logging to the database will always have this problem. I have suggested an external sink for logging. I now consider it a part of the DevOps Epicor Idea since monitoring/observability is a critical part of DevOps.
