@Wasey_Shah there is an education manual called Implementation Camp which will walk you through the steps to setup a new company in Epicor, take a look in the education manuals for that.
As for configuring the financial modules, there are a few dependencies there, I configure the screens in this sequence. there are few company config steps in here with default control codes.
