DoubleClick event on MES grdLaborDetails

Has anyone every created a DoubleClick Event for the grdLaborDetails on the MES Menu?
We are trying to add this event to open a drawing set for the DoubleClick row.

This EpiUltraGrid does not show up in the control list on the Customization Event tab to add events to.
