Yep. That wasn’t explained to you by Epicor or your consultant? (As a consultant I think it’s critical for customers to be guided and supported about this)
I have not had anything technical explained to me during this entire E10 implementation. The only assistance I get is Google, this site and sometimes support. Most things I have learned on my own.
