I can confirm the issue has been resolved for us in 2023.2.29 (AzureAD, on-prem).
It looks like @jgehling confirms that the original issue is solved in 2024.1.15, although there are still token renewal issues using Epicor IdP

so just to get this straight, the token renewal problem is only a problem for those users who are using IdP?

We are not seeing the token renewal problem with Azure AD

I just wanted to give an update from our end - looks like the license issue has been resolved for us successfully. We’re on version 2024.1.15 (Kinetic/Cloud) and licenses are clearing correctly in both Prod/PILOT/Test. I’ve had some users logging in/out every 2 hours or so since Friday to see if the licenses are clearing between sessions, and as far as I can tell it’s working as expected now.

However, the issue with IdP logins kicking users out in random intervals throughout the day and seemingly at random is still alive and well. Hoping to see some resolution to that soon too, because I know a LOT of us are dealing with that right now. One thing at a time, I guess. :sweat_smile:

The issue with Epicor IDP kicking out active users has been an on-going issue with us since recently going live. We are on cloud 2024.2.12 and all users are Browser with SSO required and have MFA. It appears to be certain users (or perhaps computers) having the issue. For example, I can go into multi-companies, open multiple tabs and switch between Live and Pilot without issue. Others have similar experience with Mutli-company and multiple tabs with no issues. Unfortunately, there are several users that keep getting logged out even while in the middle of actively working in Epicor. Most often message is Token renewal failed. We are working with Epicor Support to try to resolve and have tried various settings in IDP session cookie lifetimes and Token parameters. We have looked at browser settings in both Chrome and Edge and the same users (computers) still have the issue. Recently, a new employee received a redistributed computer. The computer was originally used by one of the users that gets kicked out of IDP while actively working. Now the new hire (new setups Epicor User and IDP user) is having the same issue. Possibly a Windows issue?? The users are gettting frustrated and I have spent countless hours trying to resolve.
