Epicor 10 Print Preview Issue

Hi All,

Need your assistance to resolve my issue due i need to keep restart service on Epicor Administrator Console to make operation print preview smoothly.

Anyone please advise for permanent solution

Does it only affect previewing, or all scheduled tasks?

You mean restart Task Agent?

Actually, is not only effect when we do preview , but impact to all system. User will has issue when login not responding. Really appreciate if your could advise for this issue.

Yes, i will need to do restart agent. This to make the operation Epicor 10 going smooth. But, i has found system keep stuck and no responding 4-5 time a week.

Do you has any idea for this and to prevent this from keep coming

Run this Query in the SQL management Studio

select * from ice.systask
Select * From ice.systaskparam

Let me know how many records it returns

Do you just restart the agent, or do you restart the service?

Check out this post about replicating a live DB to a test environment. It includes the steps for stopping and starting the task agent.

So you could make a SQL maintenance plan (to run daily), that would just stop and restart the task agents
