For Part Serialization, it is a checkbox on the Part screen. You can also opt to only track those Serials when shipping (Outbound only).
For Operation Tracability, use MES and Start/End Activity. If they do not log out, then you will first want to “train” your employee. Further actions can also be taken… However, there is a process to log out active employees.
Contract Review: The built in process for Tasks on the ECO is a decent tool.
