Epicor Slowness

Hello,

After we had to reinstall epicor from scratch it is very slow it crashes when clicking the help tab on the client performance is slow on both server and client we have our sql dumping set up aswell and the task manager does not show it struggling on the server if anything quite the opposite

We have deployed this accross the company and its still slow
