Recent upgrade from 10.2.300 to 10.2.700.
Things are going well but we have one particular user who is having some issues.
It appears that for this user, decimal places are not showing properly and there are some alignment issues on forms that are specific to them.
As part of the upgrade we purged all previous personalizations. Also we have cleared cache on this user and reinstalled the client. We can also create this issue on one PC using two separate logons.
Any thoughts? Everyone else seems to be fine, so it should be user based.

This little confusing issue turned out to be a disconnect between two seperate installations of Epicor for this user. The user utilizes both the fat client and an instance on our terminal environment. After getting rid of all profiles and connecting, this cleared up.
Chance… We did clear the files in the paths that you reference here. Just had to make sure everything was clear for both installations.
