Well we were having issues with Customer comments, but that has a workaround found in this thread: Change in Field Default Format x(1000) behavior noticed on ECOOpr.CommentText (limited to 1000 chars in front end) - Kinetic ERP - Epicor User Help Forum
Now we are having issues with the project comments, so I just thought that increasing the character limit for all comment fields in Kinetic would be helpful.
